YES only if Yashar is the party or coalition that wins the second-largest number of Knesset seats in Israel's 2026 legislative election, which is expected on 27 October 2026; if any other party or coalition takes second place, NO. Seats won in this election alone set the order. When two or more parties or coalitions win the same number of seats, the one with more valid votes ranks higher; if they are still level, the name that comes first alphabetically among the listed names ranks higher. If the vote takes place on a later date, that election still counts. If the result is not definitively known by 30 June 2027 at 11:59 PM ET, NO. The outcome follows matching reports from reputable news outlets; where those reports are unclear, only the official results published by the Israeli government, including its Central Elections Committee, decide.
