This market resolves YES if, by January 1, 2027, 5:59 AM CET, an authorized U.S. official or federal agency definitively confirms the existence of extraterrestrial life or extraterrestrial technology. Otherwise, it resolves NO. A qualifying confirmation may come from the President of the United States, any member of the U.S. Cabinet, any member of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, or any U.S. federal agency. Resolution source: Official information from the U.S. government is the primary source. A consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
