YES if Bukhara finishes as runner-up, in second place, of the 2026 season of the Uzbekistan Super League, the top football division in Uzbekistan; otherwise NO. Bukhara is NO as soon as the league's rules make it impossible for it to finish second, for example once it is out of contention. If several clubs are officially declared joint second, only the tied club whose name comes first in alphabetical order counts. If another club finishes second, or the season is cancelled, is postponed beyond 31 December 2026 at 11:59 PM ET, or no runner-up has been declared by then, the answer is NO.
