Dalian Yingbo becomes NO as soon as it can no longer finish second under the league's rules. If more than one club is declared second, only the tied club whose name comes first alphabetically counts as runner-up. If another club finishes second, or the season is cancelled, is postponed beyond 31 December 2026 at 11:59 PM ET, or no runner-up has been declared by then, the answer is NO.
