NO if a Democrat, another party's candidate or an independent wins, or if the result is not definitively known by 31 July 2027 at 11:59 PM ET; the unlisted Other outcome maps to NO. A consensus of credible election reporting decides. If that consensus is ambiguous, the official result from the authority certifying the Florida election decides.
