YES applies if RISE, also called RISE Chain (the blockchain project behind the @risechain account on X), officially launches its own token no later than 30 June 2027 at 11:59 PM ET. Only an official token issued by this project counts; tokens of other projects that use the RISE name or ticker do not. Stablecoins, memecoins, liquid-staking tokens and synthetic tokens are excluded. The token has to be actively tradable by the general public; an announcement or plan alone is not enough. Official information from RISE, including its @risechain account, decides; reliable news coverage may also be used. Without a qualifying launch by the cutoff, NO applies.
