YES if the official Premium Liiga (Estonia) standings name Paide Linnameeskond as the runner-up for the 2026 season; otherwise NO. If Paide Linnameeskond can no longer finish in that position under the competition rules, the answer becomes NO. If more than one club is declared in the position, YES only if Paide Linnameeskond is among them and its name comes first alphabetically among those clubs from this list: FCI Levadia, FC Flora, Nõmme Kalju, Paide Linnameeskond, Tartu JK Tammeka, Pärnu JK Vaprus, Harju JK Laagri. If the competition is cancelled, is postponed after 11:59 PM ET on 31 December 2026, or no runner-up is formally declared by then, the answer is NO. The governing Premium Liiga record controls, with agreement among credible sports reports as a fallback.
