This market will resolve to “Yes” if RVB LLC, which does business as Wildberries, or any parent, subsidiary, or successor entity of RVB LLC, announces between market creation and January 1, 2027, 05:59 CET that it is petitioning for, filing for, or has filed for bankruptcy of any kind. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”. An announcement alone is sufficient for a “Yes” resolution, regardless of whether any filing is later rejected, withdrawn, or otherwise not accepted. A qualifying announcement must be made through an official or verified Wildberries channel, by the company’s CEO, legal representatives, or another person or team officially authorized to speak on behalf of RVB LLC, or through a filing confirmed to be authentic. Statements that the company is considering bankruptcy, may file depending on future events, or other non-definitive statements will not qualify. The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from RVB LLC and its authorized representatives; however, a wide consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
