This market resolves to “Yes” if Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Vladimir Putin speak to each other by the specified date, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, it resolves to “No.” For this market, a “talk” means any direct interaction between Zelenskyy and Putin, whether in person or through verbal communication by phone or video call. Any interaction that took place before the market opened does not count toward resolution. The resolution source will be a consensus of credible reporting.
Each percentage is the market’s current estimate of how likely that answer is. A contract settles at 100p if the answer is right and at 0p if it is wrong.
