YES requires GMGN, the crypto trading app at gmgn.ai, to officially launch a governance token by 31 December 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. The token has to be live and open to active, public transfer and trading; an announcement alone is not enough. A token without a governance role, such as a points or rewards token, does not count. Official information from GMGN decides; reliable news coverage may also be used. NO applies if no such token is live by the deadline.
