YES applies if Nevada's Question 6, known as the Right to Abortion Initiative, is approved under state election procedure in the 3 November 2026 midterm. Removal from the ballot produces an immediate NO. If a final result is unavailable by 31 December 2027 at 11:59 PM ET, NO applies. Initial calls may use dependable election reporting, but certification by the Nevada Secretary of State controls any dispute. This is the second ratification vote required for the state constitutional amendment, and later litigation does not alter the vote result.
