YES requires an official Slingshot token to launch and be actively available for public trading by 31 December 2027 at 11:59 PM ET. A public announcement without tradability is insufficient. Stablecoins, meme tokens, liquid-staking tokens and synthetic assets are excluded even if officially issued. NO applies if no eligible token meets those conditions by the cutoff. Use Slingshot’s own information, including its @SlingshotDAO account, as primary evidence; corroborating accounts from reputable publications may also establish the launch.
