YES if Ed Sheeran is named by Spotify as its second most-streamed artist worldwide for 2026 in its official year-end ranking, which normally appears on the Spotify newsroom as part of Spotify Wrapped; otherwise NO. Only that published global ranking counts, even if Spotify's counting period stops before 31 December 2026; no separate tally of streams is used, and country lists such as the UK ranking do not count. If Spotify puts more than one artist in second place, only the tied artist whose name comes first alphabetically counts as second. If Spotify has not published its second most-streamed artist of 2026 by 31 January 2027 at 11:59 PM ET, the answer is NO. Official information from Spotify decides.
