Progress through later UEFA qualifying rounds is ignored. Resolve NO once every one of those routes is mathematically closed. If the Ligue 1 season is cancelled or delayed past 12 June 2027 at 11:59 PM ET so the berths cannot be determined, resolve NO. UEFA and Ligue 1 records lead, with independent reliable reports as corroboration.
