As of 30 October 2026, 09:50 UTC, versus prices Yes at a 15% chance and No at 85%.
This prediction concerns the NBA's 2026-27 regular season, scheduled for 20 Oct 2026 through 11 Apr 2027. YES if New Orleans Pelicans finish with the smallest share of games won across the league, calculated by dividing the win count by the number of games played, using the NBA's final official table. Any other result is NO, including a last-place club outside the listed teams. Once New Orleans Pelicans can no longer possibly finish last on that measure, settle NO. If clubs have equal win percentages, the NBA's league-wide ordering after its tiebreak procedures decides: only the lowest-placed tied club counts. If the NBA publishes no ordering for those tied clubs, settle NO for each named club involved. For a shortened season, use its final official table. Cancellation, or a season still unfinished at 23:59 ET on 25 Apr 2027, means NO. Official NBA information decides; matching accounts from reputable news organisations may also establish the result.
Each percentage is the market’s current estimate of how likely that answer is. A contract settles at 100p if the answer is right and at 0p if it is wrong.
