This market resolves Yes if South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol is released from custody by 5:59 AM CET/CEST on the following day on December 31, 2026; otherwise it resolves No. Release to house arrest still counts as "Yes". Release on parole, bond, or any other condition that takes him out of state custody counts as "Yes". Moving Yoon to another place of custody (a different prison, court, or hospital within the correctional system) does not count. The primary source is official information from government authorities or corrections departments; a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
Each percentage is the market’s current estimate of how likely that answer is. A contract settles at 100p if the answer is right and at 0p if it is wrong.
