A qualifying notice is an official UFC announcement that gives a scheduled date for the bout; the bout does not have to take place for the notice to count. Notices without a date, speculation, rumours and other unofficial reports are ignored. Anything else is NO: if Allen is announced against anyone other than Caio Borralho first, or no qualifying notice is published by 23:59 ET on 12 Oct 2027 (03:59 UTC on 13 Oct 2027), the prediction settles NO.
