YES applies if Unit (hyperunit.xyz), the asset tokenisation and bridging protocol on Hyperliquid, officially launches its own governance token by 31 December 2026 at 11:59 PM ET, and that token can be publicly transferred and is actively traded by then. Tokens that only represent assets deposited through Unit, such as its bitcoin, ether or solana tokens, are not governance tokens and do not count. Announcements or plans alone, and a token that cannot yet be publicly transferred and traded, do not qualify. Without a qualifying launch by the deadline, the answer is NO. Information from Unit decides; reliable news coverage may also be used.
