YES goes to the listed party whose nominee wins the 2026 election for Governor of Pennsylvania. Election day is 3 November 2026; polls in Pennsylvania are scheduled to close at 8:00 PM ET that evening. A candidate represents a party only as that party's official nominee. If the Democratic or the Republican Party replaces its nominee before election day, that party's answer follows the replacement nominee. Anyone else, such as a Green, Libertarian or independent candidate, counts for neither listed party, whatever ties they may have to one of them; if such a candidate wins, both listed answers are NO, so at most one listed answer can be YES. Race calls decide the winner: once NBC, Fox News and the Associated Press have all named the same candidate as the winner, that settles it. If the three outlets do not all name the same winner, Pennsylvania's official certified result decides. There is no fixed settlement deadline: the prediction settles as soon as all three outlets agree, or otherwise when the official certification is available.
Each percentage is the market’s current estimate of how likely that answer is. A contract settles at 100p if the answer is right and at 0p if it is wrong.
