Title-screen music, and ambient background music during gameplay that cannot be selected on a station, does not count, and neither do songs added after launch through updates, downloadable content or radio station refreshes. If the game has not been released by 3 December 2026 at 11:59 PM ET, the answer is NO. Rockstar Games' official announcements about the game's radio stations and in-game checks after release decide; reliable reporting from established gaming outlets that confirms the station tracklists may also be used.
