As of 11 October 2026, 00:31 UTC, versus prices Yes at a 9% chance and No at 91%.
This market will resolve to "Yes" if a law with the effect of making Daylight Saving Time the permanent, year-round time across the United States is enacted by 23:59 on December 31, 2026. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". The existence of any carve-outs or exceptions shall not be relevant for the purposes of this market. The primary resolution source is Congress.gov's legislation tracker (https://www.congress.gov/bill/119th-congress/house-bill/3633) and other official information from the government of the United States; however, other credible reporting may also be used. Note: the deadline carries no timezone, so it could not be converted. If ET was intended, the cut-off is 05:59 CET on January 1, 2027.
Each percentage is the market’s current estimate of how likely that answer is. A contract settles at 100p if the answer is right and at 0p if it is wrong.
