YES if Luka Mesec takes office as Ljubljana's mayor (head of the Slovenian capital's city municipality) as a result of the 2026 local vote set for 15 November 2026, together with the second round on 29 November 2026 that pairs the top two if nobody gets more than half of the valid first-round ballots. NO if another person wins the post through this vote. Acting, caretaker or stand-in mayors do not count. If the winner of this vote has not been established by 31 May 2027 at 11:59 PM ET, this prediction is NO. Settlement follows broad agreement among credible election reports; where those reports leave doubt, only the official outcome confirmed by Ljubljana's municipal electoral commission and posted by Slovenia's national electoral commission (dvk-rs.si) decides. At most one candidate is YES.
