YES if Chiu Chien-fu becomes Changhua County Magistrate in Taiwan's 28 November 2026 local election; otherwise NO. A Magistrate serving only temporarily or as an interim or placeholder before the election is excluded. Convergent reliable reports determine the result, with Taiwan's Central Election Commission controlling any ambiguity. If another candidate is elected, or no candidate is elected or the result is still unknown by 30 June 2027, 11:59 PM ET, the answer is NO.
Each percentage is the market’s current estimate of how likely that answer is. A contract settles at 100p if the answer is right and at 0p if it is wrong.
