This prediction covers the NBA's 2026-27 regular-season leader in assists per game. YES if Nikola Jokic leads all eligible players on that average after the season, using the tie procedure below. Otherwise NO. Follow the NBA's published eligibility decisions for its official per-game standings. A player with 58 regular-season appearances qualifies; apply the league's criteria as published rather than introducing a separate eligibility test. Use regular-season statistics, combining a player's figures across every team he represented. Include NBA Cup group games and knockout rounds except the championship final. Exclude preseason contests, that Cup final, the Play-In, playoffs and the All-Star Game. When several players share the highest average, compare their total assists for the regular season: the greatest total wins the tie. If that comparison still leaves a tie, the prediction settles NO, even for a tied leader. For an early finish or a shortened season, use completed games and the eligibility decisions the NBA applies to that shorter schedule. A cancelled season, a postponement beyond 23:59 ET on 25 Apr 2027, or no clear leader by then means NO. Official NBA records, including its statistical tables, are the main evidence; consistent reports from reputable news outlets may also be used.
Each percentage is the market’s current estimate of how likely that answer is. A contract settles at 100p if the answer is right and at 0p if it is wrong.
