Anything else is NO, including a smaller Iowa win, a level score at the break or any Wisconsin win. Points scored after the 1st half, including overtime, do not count. If the teams finish level after the full game, it settles NO. A postponed game keeps the prediction open until it is played. If the game is called off for good with no make-up game, it settles NO. The official first-half score decides.
