Settlement follows as soon as the official result of the season's last scheduled Grand Prix is available. If two or more drivers are level for fifth, F1's own tiebreak procedure for final positions decides. If Lewis Hamilton becomes mathematically unable to reach fifth under F1 rules, that prediction settles NO straight away. If the season is cancelled for good, or is not completed by 23:59 ET on 28 Feb 2027, the prediction settles NO for every named driver. Formula 1's official information decides.
