If Angers can no longer finish second under league rules, NO immediately. If the league names joint runners-up, YES only if Angers has the alphabetically earliest name among the tied clubs. Cancellation, postponement beyond 31 July 2027 at 11:59 PM ET, or no declared runner-up by that cutoff also means NO.
