If multiple clubs are declared second, YES only if, among the clubs declared second, the name "Groningen" comes first in alphabetical order, each club's name taken as written in its own prediction. If the competition is cancelled, moved beyond 31 July 2027 at 11:59 PM ET, or no runner-up is declared by that time, NO. Official Eredivisie information controls, with reliable reports that agree as fallback.
