YES applies if Propr, the crypto project behind the official X account @ProprXYZ, officially launches its own token by 30 June 2027 at 11:59 PM ET, and that token is actively and publicly tradable. Only an official Propr token counts. Stablecoins, memecoins, liquid-staking tokens (LSTs) and synthetic tokens do not qualify, and an announcement without a live, tradable token is not enough. If no qualifying token is tradable by the deadline, the answer is NO. Propr's official information, including its X account @ProprXYZ, decides; reliable news coverage may also be used.
