YES is the interval that contains the number of valid first-round votes recorded in Mississippi's 2026 general (midterm) election for United States Senator, scheduled for 3 November 2026. Party primaries and primary runoffs do not count, and neither does any later runoff after that first round. Votes certified for candidates and for non-candidate options are included; blank and invalidated ballots are left out, and if a ranked or preferential system is used, the first-round total is taken. A total that lands exactly on the line between two intervals goes into the higher interval. If the result is not definitively known by 31 March 2027 at 11:59 PM ET, the lowest interval (below 600,000) is YES. The official first-round results published by the Mississippi authority that certifies the election decide; overwhelming agreement among reliable news reports may also be used. Exactly one interval is YES and all others are NO.
Each percentage is the market’s current estimate of how likely that answer is. A contract settles at 100p if the answer is right and at 0p if it is wrong.
