If several clubs are declared runners-up, their names are put in alphabetical order and only the first one counts. If another club finishes second, or the season is cancelled, is postponed beyond 31 December 2026 at 11:59 PM ET, or no runner-up is declared by then, the answer is NO. Official league information decides; agreement among reputable reports may also determine the result.
