YES applies if Flop, the crypto project behind the @flop_labs account on X, officially launches its own token no later than 31 December 2027 at 11:59 PM ET. Only a token launched after 19 August 2026 at 15:14 UTC counts; a token that already existed before that moment does not. Stablecoins, memecoins, liquid-staking tokens and synthetic tokens are excluded. The token has to be actively tradable by the general public; an announcement alone is not enough. Official information from Flop, including its @flop_labs account, decides; reliable news coverage may also be used. Without a qualifying launch by the cutoff, NO applies.
