YES requires a token that graduated from Pump.fun after 2026-04-17 16:29:06.825226 UTC to obtain a spot-trading listing by 31 December 2026 at 11:59 PM ET on Binance, Coinbase, Bybit, OKX or Kraken. Graduation before that start does not qualify. Derivatives and futures listings alone are insufficient, as are listings on exchanges outside those five. Official announcements from the relevant exchange are primary; agreement across reliable reporting may also establish the result. If no token satisfies both the graduation and listing requirements by the deadline, NO.
